Best Cellular phone service? AT&T, Sprint, Or Verizon?

I need to get a cellular phone for work, and I live in Chicago. Who has the best equipment in the area? Work is paying for the plan, so I don't care about costs.. I'm just looking for the best service.

At&t sucks the bum.

i don't know about the chicago area, but both verizon and sprint are great. i have sprint and have never had a problem.

<< A survey I read somewhere found most people happy with Verizon >>

I tried ATT , VoiceStream, and I'm currently on Verizon~

I love the service~ I get full signal everywhere.. even in the subway~
Their customer service is great~

ATT I had worst service with Northern NJ , Voicestream was decent.. but had heavy traffic~

I'm gonna stick with Verizon Wireless for life.. if their service doesn't degrade~ ...

currently 55 a month for 550 daytime and 3500 nights and weekend...
I'm thinking about the upgrade to 550 Nationwide and 3000 nights and weekends

My girlfriend has Sprint .. and she hates it~ once her contract ends.. she's going to Verizon~

Verizon rules in Bay Area!
Try it with Sprint and ATT when you cross Bay Bridge,
Your voice will be braking up and your call will be cut off eventually.

With Verizon, you get free of charge when you
change your plan (should do it every time they have better deals)
have your # temporary disconnect (less than 2 months)
can check your minutes and pay bill on line.

I've been using it for 2 yrs.

I agree ATT sucks in NJ and other places I've used it. Their lines are oversubscribed and I get fast busy signals all the time, especially in high density areas.

My friends say they like Verizon but I won't switch to them out of principle. I hate Verizon.

verizons customer service sucks monkey nuts. i used them for over 2 yrs. my phone crapped out on me. ordered a new phone, the phone was DOA. i asked them to send me a replacement, they told me i had to pay for the replacement first before they would send it out

Verizon is known to be the best overall, but I don't know specifically for the Chicago area. Reason Verzion works best is because its tri-mode, Analog, Digital, and PCS. Hence, its the most expensive...
