Best cell phone

Lost my old cell phone today, I needed a new one anyways so I'm not that mad. Any recommendations? My sister recommended samsung phones, but that's all I have to go off of so far. Features like camera and video on phones are nice but I'd rarely use them, just looking for a good solid phone that looks good and will last a while.

service doesn't matter, i was getting prepaid minutes. and i have no idea what either of those acronyms mean. If you're talking about phones that are used internationally, I just need it for u.s.

With the prepaid plans you are limited to a small number of phones they allow you to use with the service.

Heck, pick up a prepaid phone from Best Buy or CC if you want a prepaid thing.

I will admit I know next to nothing on cellphones.

I have a Verizon phone now(the cheap one they give free) and it works pretty good. I got it because it has better reception than others I tried in the two places I use it the most. I like the "nights and weekends" free minutes too... gotta talk to the crazy chick and I don't wanna go outta pocket, lol.

P.S. you are hard to quote... your name is a censored word!

If you are going verizon I would recommend looking at the LG VX8100. It is priced really well right now ($150 or cheaper based on contract and rebates) and will satisfy every need you have for a phone for 2+ years with a SD Card slot and bluetooth.
