Best CDROM EMulator?

I have ALOT of hard disk space free, and I was thinking of taking images of all my PC games, putting them onto HD, then emulating them on seperate CDROM drives. I had a program that culd do it b4, but I can't find it now. I need a good one which can emulate multiple CDROMS and mount images to a virtual cdrom
