Best CDRom Drive For CD Imaging?

I am currently in the market for a good but CHEAP cdrom drive that can image Cds in a blink of an eye.

Keeping my budget less then >$40.

I dun care if it spins up like a jet engine, i already have a Delta thats as loud as my moms blow dryer.

Any reccomendations?

Btw, i will be using CDRWIN in making my cd images to hard drive.

Used CD burner from eBay.

For some reason, CD burners are usually much much better at reading error-free and specialized codes such as subcodes and copy protected CD's.
