Best CD-RW/DVD-Reader?

I've heard good things about the Samsung Combo drive 32x10x40x12...I think MaximumPC did a review for that as well, even though it wasn't the fastest cd burner 32x(compared to 40x or 48x) it was respectable.
 
I have that Samsung, it is very nice. However, I believe they just released a new model, 48x32x48 CDRW, 16X DVD, and even quieter. Sounds like a great drive.
