Just wondering. Been hitting up the sales on Newegg lately.
Picked up some TDK (Imation) CD-Rs (?, Taiwan) for $0.10/ea.
TDK (Imation) DVD-Rs (MBI, India) for $0.13/ea.
RiData DVD-Rs (RITEKF1, Taiwan) for $0.14/ea.
Verbatim DVD+Rs (?, Taiwan) for $0.21/ea.
Maxell DVD-R (RITEKF1, China) for $0.27/ea.
I remember buying DVDs at CircuitCity B&M, they used to carry lots of brands, and they would seemingly have one of those brands on sale every week. So I think I paid $8-15 for a 50-pack. (Generally $10-12, I think.)
I also remember going to Staples B&M on BF one year, and buying up their stock of 50-pack DVD+-Rs, for $5 + tax OTD for the spindles. Attempted to re-sell them at a flea. Not 100% successful at that.
