Best Catalyst for x1900x.. series

I'm using Catalyst 7.2 now, getting crashes in Oblivion with Knights of the Nine expansion and Obscuro's OO (along with a couple other mods), not sure if it is the drivers or one of the add-ons

Any thoughts on the best drivers for x1900xtx at the moment
 
Unless you have some specific reason to not use the latest drivers (such as a newly-introduced bug that may affect you), you should use the latest ones.

There are a couple of user-tweaked driver packages available, like the 'Omega' ATI drivers. These drivers may have some extra features available, and/or will include a bunch of performance and/or compatibility tweaks turned on by default. I generally use the stock ones myself.
 
I don't play Oblivion anymore but up until yesterday I was using the 7.2's with no issues and before that I was using a very old version, can't recall the exact number, 6.3 maybe.

I generally haven't run into ATI driver issues since I got the card and I play most of the biggest games that come out.
