I am buying a new case cuz my Antec SLK-BQE is just WAY too big and rather ugly IMO...which is best in terms of QUALITY...if there is a door in front I want a SILVER case cuz my monitor is silver...if not I want BLACK cuz my drives are black...

which of these 3 are better?

While I like the Cooler Master quality I'm suprised that they both only use 80mm fans, why such small and noisy fans on so nice of a case? Thats one reason I like the Antec P180 and even my older Antec super lanboy, they used only 120mm fans so you can push more air at a lower noise.

I do agree with Operandi though, of the cases you listed the cooler masters are the best quality though that TT Tsunami case is extremely quiet when used with Yate-Loon 120mm fans and cools quit well. It is not made as well as the CM cases but of all the cases listed I would prefer the Tsunami.
 
Well the PAC-T01 uses two 80mm exhaust fans (one for the WaveMaster), while probably not as good as a single 120 should still be enough keep most systems pretty cool. I built a A64 3200 or 3400 + 9800 Pro system using this case with two Panaflo L1A's running exhaust. The fans were thermally controlled via MSI's BIOS and ran at roughly 5v speeds 90% of the time, the machine was very quiet and cool running.

Two 80mm should be able to keep up with a single 120mm but they can never be as quiet unless they are pushing no air at all. I have tried several setups with CM, Yate Loon, Nexus, and a few random 80mm fans in my older enermax case and it can never reach the same air flow and silence as a single 120mm yate loon, even undervolted to ~7v.

If those are the only choices then a pair of Yate loon or Panaflo 80mm will work nicely but I am still of the mindset that bigger is better 😉

It looks like the PC-60B has the front/rear 120mm fans. The PC-7B uses thinner aluminum IIRC.

Actually the 60B has rear and top 80mm fans, and only one front 120, the reason being that the 60B has a removable motherboard tray. It's the 7B that has front and rear 120's. But you could widen the rear 80mm hole to fit a 92mm fan.
