Best case for the Nook Color?

I'm looking for a hard shell case for my new Nook color, something with a hard shell so I can carry it in my purse or messenger bag without worry.

I dont' know about a hard shell (sounds interesting) but I found a "universal" zippered pouch in BestBuy over by where they are selling the Galaxy Tabs (in the store by me anyway). Works perfectly....

However I would be also interested in a hard case the allows it to stand in landscape mode for when I want to use it with a bluetooth keyboard.

Those are pretty badass but $72 is a little too steep for me.

This is what I have. I highly recommend it if you would enjoy the "features" of that book-folk cover.
BN offers a few more simple designs, for less money. I'd say that are extremely effective at simply protecting the device, even though the edge is exposed on 3 sides.

Good seller. Real leather. Magnetic clasp is on cover to not get in the way and leather covers the entire Nook Color. It can be used to prop up the nook into portait mode and it fits tightly. The screen protector rocks too, amazingly the screen seems more responsive with it on...

Doesnt' look like it has a flap for the front though, which for me would be a no go.

Your link didn't work,but I searched for the SKU. 1430323. Like you, I would rather have a hard case.

This one is only $30 and seems pretty good. No inside pockets however.

That's my cover and I love it. It does need an inside pocket, however.

I use this one while traveling too. Works perfectly covering the screen without adding too much bulk to the NC.
