Best case for air cooling.

I'm not sure what to do. I have never seen either of these cases inperson so I don't know what to do. I either want the Lian-Li PC-v1100 or the Antec p180. I don't care about looks just which one cools better. So what do you think?

They both have one innovative feature in common: They isolate the PSU from the motherboard compartment, and that's great for cooling. However, that's ALL the V1100 has, and yet it costs much more than the P180.
The P180 will cool better because of having the extra exhaust fans up around the CPU, including one in the top panel that totall denies hot air anywhere to collect.
The P180 is steel construction inside and has the innovative aluminum/plastic tri-layer construction in the side panels for extra silencing.
The P180 has door that closes and blocks noise from the front of the case but does NOT impede inflow of air through the front.
The P180 is just way better looking, but that's personal preference.
If you want to use an ultraquiet A8N-SLI Premium or another mobo with a heatpipe cooled chipset, forget the V1100. Mounting the motherboard upside down destroys the heatpipe's ability to pipe heat away from the chipset.

In my extremely, terribly humble opinion, the P180 beats the crap out of the V1100 on every point, and still costs way less. What was the question you were asking?

I think someone actually DECLARED that the P180 is hands-down the best case for air-cooling. You could look at the CM Stacker if you want too.
