Best case ever?

Gimmicky was also the best way to describe the original Level 10. If you've seen my builds, you know I am light on the flash but go for the gimmicky every time.

I'm using an Antec P180b now and its far from flashy, but its cooling is nowhere near what the Level 10 GT can provide, so my top priority (other than the items I listed which I have always wanted in my perfect case) is cooling and noise reduction, and at these the Level 10 GT excels.

mah the best cases i think all have a price tag starting at 500... and can go up to as much as 1500 if u fully spec it out.

Have you handled one yet? I did at a MicroCenter and was singularly unimpressed. Very cheap plastic feel to it that felt cheap and in no way was the feel and construction equal to anywhere close to the price being asked for it.

Back in "my day" we'd say it was "cheesy". And it does look a tad D: to me too.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, if this case floats someone's boat then I am happy they found it.

Yea you're right. And the features are great. My bias is towards monolithic black powerhouses. If my cases were pornstars they'd be black.

Im fairly sure its the biggest black box u'll see in this side of the forum.

Stands almost (30inches) tall with pedistool, and is 18inches wide as well as 18 inches deep... yes its a rectangular black box.

Power house?

Houses an 990X with a Classified E759, and 4 gpu's on a AX1200. ()🙂
Has 4 SSD's also, 3 in R0, and 1 as a gaming drive...
But what makes it so big, is it has 3 independent water loops to cool the entire system.
These are split up into 6 pumps.. and 4 radiators... :O

If my systems were alive, they would probably be cute anime female characters running around pretending they were weak until someone pissed them off.
Then you would see that cute anime girl turn into a God of WAR wiping everything in her path.


But as u can see, none of the cases u guys listed would even fit half my EQ. 😛

I had a chance to buy it at the Philly MC, as their price was a good bit cheaper than Newegg, but Newegg offered free shipping on it if purchased from them. I assume you are commenting about the drive caddy trays, as they are indeed a bit flimsy, but you won't find the features that I want in a case for any less. If you can, I'd love too see it.

Flimsy ?? I would actually agree to this. I'm not using it as my weapon of choice when the zombie apocalypse comes, but it will sit in my hutch and cool all my hot hardware, that's for damn sure.

What good is stuff that one cannot use? (Like those dust-collecting, space-eating decorations that wife buys. D: )

I try to be somewhat content with what I can afford and have, rather than moan that out there might be some aigomorla with a small moon under his desk. ()🙂
