I just wanted to know what you guys think was the best all around case ever made. Sturdyness, Looks, Reliability.
 
I'd have to say the Antec PerformancePlus type cases. Awesome design. Very study and great airflow. And very professional looking yet a little agressive at the same time. The perfect design imo. And yes it is no doubt the most copied pc case design.
 
isnt the plusview1000amg antec a rebadged chemning.... and if you say that thats the best case ever then look at the new chemning entry level server case... bigger window, each HD spot is invidually removable, and has a removable mobo tray
 
Well, most folks on this forum know that Antec doesn't actually MAKE much of anything. But you set a 1000 series case in front of a random group of folks and not one in ten will say it's made by ChenMing. Antec IS a VERY GOOD brand-marketing company...
. The SLK3x00 series are some of the best designs ever as well - the 3000-B is nearly flawless and is one of the two (with the Evercase 42x2 series) that I recommend. And the Kingwin 424/Beantech Igloo series are very nice. And if you want extra-roomy, the design sold as the Silverstone Berserker (and quite a few others) is pretty nice too. Even if it does have some flaws in execution... (see my review of it Here ) I've got the name of the OEM on that around here somewhere.
. Now if you want to talk pretty, the CoolerMaster ATC-2x0? series is hard to beat: See them here. But they have some significant design flaws too. Many will tolerate the flaws for the looks. Another good looking one was the PCMCIS version of the Berserker design - but I only ever saw it on outpost.com and they haven't had it for some time.

My favorite was the first case I got when I built my very first pc. Actually it sucked big time, but will always be awesome because of what I learned while using it...Like keep a box of band aids nearby while working with it.
 
Chenming (Antec bases it off of Chenmings...) cases and Evercase cases are the best around 🙂
 
Well is the Chenming studier than the Antec or is the Antec studier than the Chenming. I didn't realize Antec didn't design it. Silly me.
