See the Rosewill thread here. The two case series mentioned have excellent cooling for the money, plus most of the other features one might want. And the Enermax Chakras are very interesting. Only two negatives I've noticed: 1- the mesh front can let the noise directly at you, but if you choose low-noise components, there won't be much anyway, 2- there is no HDD noise isolation (rubber bushings, etc.). Of course, unless you go 10 or 15k drives, the HDDs today aren't too noisy either. Besides the huge side fan you would probably only need one low and slow 120mm in the front to move some air directly across the HDDs as the big fan blows air down the paths of least resistance.
