I'm looking for the best quality case (Build quality and cooling quality) for my K7T Pro2-A mobo and AMD T-Bird 1Ghz CPU. I want a full tower. I'm currently looking at the torando. Are there other better one's for the same money or for less? Thanks! :)

Inwin Q500
For less than 100, hands down.
Quality 300W power supply included, plenty of room inside to.
This is my second pick after the SuperMicro 750a ( $143 )

Thanks for your inputs. The free shipping at onvia for the Antec SX830 is hard to pass up. This is the one I will be going with. I also like the Inwin Q500. Thaks again :)

i know you've made your decision, but fyi, the tornado is the inwin but with added fans. it's a lot cheaper to buy the stock case and then do your own mods plus you have the pride factor of doing it yourself.

bupkus, i think you'll find that it's a unanimous vote for the enlight 7237 as the best sub-100 dollar mid tower you can buy. do a search for 7237 in this forum and you'll see all the endorsements, including my own. check out Enlight's website yourself to see it. browse through the 7230 series and scroll down to the bottom.

I don't like the Inwin, but the Antec is an awesome case, and it comes with an awesome powersupply.

I actually had a special request for building a BEIGE box (blah!) with a flat top to put stuff on. My first traditional box I've built this year! (Just barely this year..) All the rest have been in either the Midnight Blue 4U Rackmount, or the Black Fong Kai 320.

The SX830 is one of the only beige cases I'll let people use :D

Bupkus-

The 7237 is indeed a solid case. There are others, as well. Check out the selection at Directron.com, they carry a nice line of some of the better midtowers. Another solid brand that is somewhat difficult to find is Superpower.

the enlights are awesome cases, but have horrible front plastic bevels that don't have any openings for air flow

that's why you take a drill and make those little "pilot" holes about 3mm wide. :) there's also an opening at the bottom of the bezel, but it doesn't do too much if your case sits on carpet.

Is there a popular <$100 Antec case with at least 4 external 5.25" drive bays? I currently have an Enligh 7327, but wish to know what other good alternatives there are with similar capacities.

i think the antec case sucks. the door to the side just pops off and I think their is allot of space their that lets noise come through. It doesn't muffle the noise of loud fans better than my 2 generic oem cases I had in the house which kind of sucks.
