Best Card without additional power?

So I?m looking for the best card that doesn?t require any additional juice from the power supply, as my work machine is from dell it does not have much in the way of connectors.

Price is also a factor because it?s only my machine at work, i dont want to go and buy a new PSU for it, so up to the £60 mark should be enough for a decent card.


So far I?m thinking ATi 4650?


Any ideas of suggestions?
 
What do you want to do with it?

4670 is much better for light gaming duties and also doesn't require external power.

+1 for the 4670. It is a great card for casual gaming that doesn't require any external power conenctors. Enjoy!
