Best card with VIVO capabilities...

I am looking to get a new video card, and I want to have VIVO so I can do some video stuff on my computer. I know ATi use to have a Radeon 64mb DDR VIVO, but that seems to be phased out. Does ATi have another card that is replacing the Radeon VIVO? I stress ATi because I like their DVD support and good 2D quality. I wouldn't mind GeForce's, but DVD and 2D is important to me.
