Best card with video-in for $200?

I'm looking at the 8500 AIW line right now, best buy is selling the 8500 AIW DV 64mb for $200, compusa is selling the 8500 AIW 128mb for $150 after rebates. Is there a Geforce4 Ti4600 I can get with a video in at the same price, or around it? Simply put, I need the best card possible for $200 or less with a video in.
