Best card for games?

Memory card like DDR3?
It does not matter at all unless you buy an AMD APU the IGP they use depend on system memory so the faster it is the faster the graphics. (in some circumstances)
 
Except if you get Skylake with DDR4. Then RAM speed does seem to matter some. I'd generally aim at 1.2V DDR4-2800, just because I've seen reports of weird behavior that happened to correlate with 1.35V DDR4.
