Best card for $200?

I'm building a new computer based around a 2.66ghz P4. I want to get the fastest video card for under $200 and will either get the Radeon 9500 or Geforce4 Ti4400. Any suggestions on what to get? I hear nothing but good things for the 9500 so I'm leaning towards that. Also, I will not be overclocking so don't worry about that.

Thanks!

Sapphire 9500 with the software hack when available. Otherwise a 9500pro beats a ti-4400 most of the time by a few frames. Gets better if you enable AA and AF
AA & AF enabled

Thanks for the suggestion! That review was great and the 9500 pro even outperforms the ti4600. What is the software hack that you talk about?

supposedly the next version of rivatuner should be able to unlock the 4 pipelines on a 9500 non pro...making it either a 9500 pro (if your mem is 128 bit ddr) or a 9700 (if your mem is 256 bit ddr)...i just got a radeon 9500 pro for 201 @ newegg
