Best card for $150

A friend of mine had his GTX 480 die and is looking to replace it with a card that's around $150. He has a 120hz 1080p monitor and is looking to play cod ghosts and Battlefield 4. I'm thinking 7850 or GT 650TI but I wanted to check here. Thanks in advance.

There are still 2gb 7850s on newegg for 150$, even before the rebate. But if I were him I'd seriously just save another 50$ and get a 7950 3gb. Heck, they're only 180$ after the rebate...
 
where is the $180 7950?
