Best Card For 150-170$

I Would Like to know What card i can get i will be getting a athlon 64 3000+ barebones kit and would like a new video card for it but am kinda low on cash(150 - 170$) and would like to run doom 3 and half life 2

9800 pro or spend a few bucks more and get 6600gt.

yeah..um get a 9600xt or 5700U. also, i found a Geforce Ti4800se. anybody know wtf that is??? better? worse than ti4600??(im thinking the se stands for crappy value edition like the ati cards) i dont remember reading about a ti4800 at launch of the TI series a few years ago...
