My brother and I want to record us playing games on the TV (mainly for Halo 2 stuff) I was just wondering what would be the best budget card for recording TV on your PC? Thanks
 
I haven't used one myself the happauge cards are supposed to be good. A friend of mine has some cheapy leadtek card he got for 30 buck but he doesn't use it to capture, just for watching tv.
