Im having abit of trouble deciding on which to get. From the tests i've seen the Canterwood boards are the way to go, though they are generally $40-100 more expensive than the 865PE boards. My main choices are the Abit IC7 or the MSI Neo FIS2R. Anyone with experiance ocing P4C's that feels like helping me out, I thank you already.

From what I've been reading, most of the 865/875 motherboards out there are capping out around 270fsb; you'd prolly be better off with a 2.6C/2.8C so that you can take advantage of the the higher multiplier;).
