best camera for $150-200ish

I'm looking for a good digicam for my sister for her birthday. Looking to spend around $150-200 (maybe slightly more). It needs to be durable and small. Higher resolution is preferred but the most important aspect is that it needs to be small (fit in a pocket). Fancy features aren't really necessary (point & shoot is fine, with some manual adjustment). Any ideas? Good review sites?

I purchased my wife a canon sd200 for xmas 2004. I've used it numerous times and it's a great camera. I liked it so much I bought one for my mom for xmas 2005.
