best cables for my new home video setup

i just got a harmon 520 receiver and a pair of jbl s312 speakers to go with my dvd player, vcr, and tv.
what sort of cables should i get and from where to compliment my new system.
ill expand the speakers in a few months but for now it will just be the two.

Try bettercables.com. Very high qulity, less expensive (not cheap though), excellent service.

You might wanna poke around avsforum.com as well, they have a pure audio forum as well as their HT forums.

if you're looking for speaker cables, a mid-line moster cable is pretty nice. get at least 16 gauge...

no need to go crazy with cables, but don't go cheap either

For a Subwoofer you might want to go with a Gauge 12 cable. You can read more about in on the Hometheater Forum. Go to the basics discussion and look around for the answer.
