Best Buy Service Plan question

Has anyone ever had to submit a product for repair? If so, how long was the turn around time? My Rockford Fosgate amp was sent in over two weeks ago and I was told it would only be two weeks.:disgust:

I really want to get this thing installed and power my two 10" 1000W Polks.

I sent off a pioneer 3 disc dvd player. Only took a little over a week for that to come back. I guess it depends on where they ship them to though. hope yours comes in soon.

They repaired my dvd player. They had it in a week, but kept losing it, and not calling me. Got it in a month. Make sure you ride them after the first week!
