Best Buy Return??

I bought some RAM from Best Buy for my laptop, but stupid me misread the specs anbd I got the wrong stuff. Anyhoo...I got home, cut the top of the plastic casing off before I realized it. Will Best Buy allow me to return it?? I'd call, but I think they already closed for the night.

I think so. They might impose a 15% restocking fee...maybe.

As long as you've saved the receipt you should be fine. No restocking fee, no hassles.

its fine as long as u didn't shred everything. i found out my stupid laptop couldn't take more then 128mb sodimm, that pissed me off since i boughta 256. damn u sony.
