I bought a flash drive on Cyber Monday and it came yesterday. I opened it up and everything was there, but I wasn't anywhere near a computer, so I couldn't use it. I put my name on the outside (in case it gets lost; I've already lost one flash drive) and when I went home to put some files on it, it didn't work. I tried in 4 computers (Win XP Home, Win XP Pro, Win 2000, Mac OS X) and it works in none of them. But my name is on it in thin sharpie - will Best Buy still take it back? I mean, they SHOULD, but will I encounter resistance from them?

Edit: I forgot to add - the hook for a lanyard/ring is missing. But on the picture on the packaging, it is clearly shown.
