My 360 stopped working, so I flipped through the replacement plan pamphlet that I received w/ the receipt and it says:

*This Plan does not cover "Acts of God."

it just started freezing all the time, and i get some red rings of death once in a while.

started happening during TMNT:1989 of all things.

Nearly all replacement plans have that clause. What...did you get besieged by locusts or something?

It doesn't cover Acts of Dog either, i.e. if your dog pees on your 360.

I've always thought it was a strange phrase as well, but it's fairly common.
