best buy price matching question

I tried to call the local store but it rang and rang and rang and rang, guess they don't feel like picking up the phone. Here's my question

I bought someone an iPod Touch a few weeks ago, they have it this week $10 cheaper, not really worth $10 to hand to drive down there, then stand in a long ass line. But it says they're giving a free $15 iTunes card also. $25 sounds more worth my time though. But it has a little 1 next to the price in the ad and says "must be purchased on same receipt"

if I go to the store will I get the $10 + the iTuens card? I don't know their policy on this and can't find shit on Google to help me. I would assume I should get the card too, but I never assume when it comes to a price match.

they don't have any ipod's in stock and aren't going to get any any time soon according to the dude that works there. I dunno if Apple has a shortage but my BB and all the ones in my area are totally out of them and have been for weeks now. in a week this offer is off and it's doubtful they'll have any more in stock

Aye, the general rule of thumb is if you can return it, you can price match it.

go there with the item, they will return it and re-ring it so you get everything. You'll keep the same ipod, and yes it can be done at a different store.

If they're not willing to, just go see if CC or Fry's will price/offer match and then return the old one to BB.

thanks for the reply guys, I'll go down and wait in the long line. Now here's another question, what's the best case/skin a place like BB would sell? That D-Lo one looks cool but it looks like it only holds the Apple headphones, I bought them some Creative buds which are shaped very differently.
