King Kong is $19.99 after coupon (Available on Best Buy's website)

[DEAD]F.E.A.R. is $19.99 after sneaky coupon (If they ask, just say it was emailed to you and you are on Best Buy's mailing list)

Edit: I just did this. The $10-off F.E.A.R. coupon expires tomorrow[today]! Oh, and boycott Starforce protection by not buying King Kong even if it's cheap! ;)

[DEAD]Edit2: F.E.A.R. Director's Edition is $29.99 AC.

Edit3: The $10 off $29.99+ coupon just expired. You can still get F.E.A.R. for $24.99 (CD) and $34.99 (DVD) for the rest of the week if you use the Gamer's Gift Card coupon trick. Just waltz right in, pick up a Gamer's Gift Card and tell the clerk you'd like to make two transactions. The coupon is on the back. I'm sure you can figure the rest out!

The latter coupon says it's $10 off the regular price, not the sale price, so F.E.A.R. wouldn't be eligible (it's on sale at $29.95, off the regular price of $49.95).

No, it's $29.99 and qualifies. I bought it two weeks ago for $24.99 with the same coupon when it was "on sale" for $34.99 (The deal was nearly as good as it is today). Watch me; I'm about to go buy it again. I'll scan the recipt to calm any f.e.a.r.s. [corny!]

The wording is very wrong. Nearly everytime a GBA game or PSP accessory goes on sale I whip out the $5 Gamer's Gift Card coupon trick to add another $5 discount to the sale. I've been told time and time agian by posters responding to those deals that a sale is a "special offer" and that the coupon could not be combined with special offers. As long as it is $19.99 or over before coupon, it works so they are dead wrong. When was the last time you saw Quake 4 or F.E.A.R. for full price at Best Buy? It's been a while! :D The coupons would be nearly useless if we had to wait for them to charge MSRP for everything.

I'll report back with a receipt scan. Ta ta!

Oh yes, but it's definitely $19.99 AC. Even if you didn't want to try the coupon, it's $25 after Gamer's Gift Card coupon AT LEAST (Just pick up the gift card first).

Why would you need to scan your receipt? I don't really care one way or the other - I was just pointing out what the coupon said.

BTW, the $10-off $29.99+ PC games coupon (Used for F.E.A.R.) expires tomorrow! Then it's back to $24.99 after Gamer's Gift Card coupon.

Probably not. They were handed out on the XBOX360 launch to the people who didn't get one along with $10 off any game $29.99 and up (REALLY useful for GBA and Nintendo DS games) and $10 off $29.99+ accessory coupons. There is no similar promotion :(

Well, to calm any fears but thanks to slippy it's been independantly confirmed :)

I dunno... BTW, I've been confused ever since I first heard of BB Canada. Best Buy came here in the late '90s and I was told countless times that it was the US arm of Canada's Futureshop! So which is it?!

OK, I just picked up my second copy which I will return in place of my first. This is probably the tenth time I've used this coupon but for the first time ever they mentioned that it said "no copies". All I did was show them the King King coupon that says the same thing... AFTER it says to "Print this coupon and bring it to a Best Buy store near you". You can find this coupon on their main site by clicking "This Week's Specials". They then accepted the other no-questions-asked. Some forumers on CheapAssGamer.com noticed that the "No Copies" stipulation was placed at the end of a line and just before a line break making it super-easy to erase but that's beyond sneaky... It's fraudulent.

So they're $19.99 each? The title is sort of misleading.

You're right... "Both for" means something entirely different than "both are" and I left out "are".

Last day bump! Goes back up to $24.99 after Gamer's Gift Card coupon tomorrow and for the rest of the week. I'm off to return my copy which I paid too much for (As if $25 was "Too much!") :)

Yes, most of their coupons are :(

BTW, if anyone in another time zone could pick up a Memory Card 1019 for $19.99 after the accessory coupon I would be much appreciative! My neice and nephew can't even use their Gamecube with their POS memory card and that means that my game-gifts for it are pretty much useless :(

They're closed here and I couldn't do it because a botched PSP battery purchase used up my last one (The price was higher than the tag showed and I had to return it after they refused to adjust for the tag + coupon).

Ok, so all Best Buy stores are closed now and the $10 coupon is now dead. The $5 GGC coupon still works though.
