Hitachi Internal old type Hard Drive 250GB $90
WD 120GB internal HD $60
MicroGem 4GB USB quickdrive $80

Fujifilm 25-pack DVD +R or -R $8
Verbatim 50-pack DVD +R or -R $15

Dynex 16X Internal DL DF DVD burner $50

PNY Verto Geforce FX 5500 128MB DDR AGP graphics card $70-$20MIR=$50
PNY Verto Geforce 6200 128MB AGP graphics card $90-$20MIR=$70

SoundBlaster X-FI Xtreme Music Sound Card $200 with a free $50 Gift Card instantly

I think the graphic cards are cheaper elsewhere and the X-FI is $115 at newegg. BB, what a ripoff. Looks like BB may have made a mistake, the sound card, SBO460P, points to the Platinium model.

Was that a misprint on the X-Fi Xtreme Music card? It's regularly $129 -- did Best Buy really mean the Platinium card?

That's what I'm thinking.
This was on sale a few weeks ago at bby for $99.99
What's an "old type hard drive"? PATA?

The picture of the sound card shows it to be a regular sound card, but the number, SB0460P, points to the Platinum card. So may be typo, of the picture, on BB's part.

Old type of HD is the ones with the wide cable ribbon. Someone always sees these HD deals than complain, "Too bad it's not serial or parallel", whichever is the newer kind.

No CDR deals at BB this week. I don't have a CC, Compusa, or Fry's in town, but at OfficeMax this week they have BOGOF(buy one, get one free)same item only, HP 100 pack of 52X CDR for $30 pack, so 200 CDRs for $30. Or, Khypermedia 50 pack CDRs for $7.

Gotcha,
FYI.
SATA= Newer spec
PATA=Paralell ATA spec, the ones that connect to the IDE.😉

Blah, the Hitachi 250GB drives were on sale at Fry's last week for $59 after rebate which is actually a good deal whereas the BB deal is meh. These are great drives BTW. I picked up 3 and the nice thing is they are quiet and run very cool compared to my Western Digital drives which you can fry an egg on.

MicroGem 4GB USB quickdrive $80

This is a microdrive, not flash, but 4GB for $79.99 no rebates seems like a really good price to me.

I've vaguely heard of buslink, unlike microgem 😛

The Hitachi looks interesting but I'm weary of them after the whole IBM gxp mess
