New 510 mouse based on 500 MX. But it has the most amazing ruby red surface that is oh so very hot looking - to quote the ad, which is accurate (gasp) - "Holographic effect provides a stunning color depth and random effect. Every mouse is unique."

Price is $49.95.

This is not a hot deal due to price, but because no one knows about this mouse but me. 😀 It's not on display. It's not on the net. It's not on Logitech's site. Look down below the shelf where all the mice are sitting. The employees crowded around me when I grabbed one.

As far as performance goes, this is THE MOST PRECISE mouse I have used. It is ASTOUNDING.

I guess you would have to be really dazzled by the holographic ruby red. If you think that it's ASTOUNDING you'd probably do back flips over the MX700 for $10 more but maybe not because "everyone" knows about it.

None of those look like what I bought at Best Buy.
