I am planning on changing out my MB and installing a MSI MS-6380E (KT3 Ultra-ARU), with 512MB Kingston 184p PC2100 DDR SDRAM DIMM. What is the best buy now in a Athlon CPU, considering the most MHz for the price. Its taxing my finances already to upgrade the MB and memory.

What's your current system? If you've got PC133, I'd stick with that and get an XP1800+ or 1900+. Pick up a Socket A board that supports PC133 for $60 or so if you need one. Real cheap upgrade.
