Best Buy compensation or wishful thinking

OK, my laptop (Toshiba Satellite P25-S507) lcd screen just does not work anymore. It power on and u can tell that there is power to the screen just by lookin at, but theres no picture. So, I know when i take it back to best buy after backing all my stuff up they will just send it out to toshiba for repairs, but until then does anyone think they will lend me a laptop to use if I say its essential for my business? Anyways, just wanted to know what u guys thought....
 
If you are rich, have spend 10s of thousands of dollars there, and know the manager personally... then maybe. Otherwise... Nope.

When I worked at Best Buy a looooong time ago, they did do that every once in a great while but don't count on it.

I've worked at BB for 2 and a half years and I have seen them give loaners out on occassion. It doesn't happen often though. Most of the time the loaner is one of our open box units.

Your best bet would be to talk to the store manager directly and state your case.
