This seems like the better deal, as with BB you're forced to purchase 2 games at the full $59.99 price to get something free, thats $120 for 3 games.....
versues
Amazon prices + over $80 gets you $40... same games I want comes out to $84 vs their $120
Nevermind, Amazon's deal expired on the 31st
I think with BB it's just the two highest priced items cost, and the cheapest one is free. So you could get three $40 games for $80, for instance.
I bought three Wii Sports Resort double MotionPlus packs, picked them up locally, and sold two of them on ebay with only one MP each. Purchase cost: $130 with tax, minus approx $40 profit each for the sales, means I paid $50 for the game and four MPs (value: $80 plus tax). Not bad, if I do say so myself. If there were more games I wanted, or I was a real ebay fanatic, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Amazon's deal might have been better since their prices are lower than BB by about 10%-20% across the board; on the other hand the selection is limited whereas BB offers it for all their games, which is to say pretty much all the games out there right now.
Also worth noting: Target B&M here in NYC (and elsewhere?) is offering a similar 2-for-3 deal, but there are lame limitations. I forget the specifics as I was in a rush but I think there's a price range specified - either a minimum purchase price for the paid-for games, or a maximum price for the third (free) game. Someone else will have to confirm.
