I'm in on the $459 TV. And, I got a "triple points" on any single item this weekend.

Just out of curiosity where did you get that coupon?

BB sent them out this week snail mail.

Bummer ... I never got any! :(

i would've totally stocked up as well if it was 19.99. hehe

I don't think it's clear what the pricing is because Burning Crusade is $29.99. Well, I'll probably risk the 10 minute drive tomorrow to verify that price. If indeed it is $19.99, then I'll buy a bunch. Last time I bought 10 cards, since both me and my wife play.

Go back on sunday and PM BB to get $150 back- making the CC price $349.99 AR ($100)

Sweet

This is the advantage of having the next weeks ads early.

Saves $$$

If this ad was not posted earlier - we wouldn't buy the laptop at CC this week to PM next week.

is this doable? do you just have to walk into circuit city and say, hey i bought this here last week, no bb has it for 450, give me 150bucks?

If a store chooses not to honor its price matching policy
because of some technical reason, then there isn't much you can do about it.

For the second time, page 22. There might be some typo though because it says $19.99 on the yellow tag, but the text below says $29.99.

Yes, it is doable. It worked for me. I bought the laptop on Saturday evening. On Sunday morning, I walked to the customer service desk, asked for the price guarantee, and showed them the Best Buy ad (from the Sunday newspaper). Circuit City has a 110% price guarantee, so they gave back $165.00 plus tax (1.1 times $599.99 - 449.99).

What remains to be seen is whether I'll get the full $100 rebate. The rebate form says you have to pay full price for the item to get the full rebate, but it's possible that they won't enforce that particular provision.

In any case, I still came out ahead. Circuit City beat Best Buy's price by $15 before applying the rebate, and I got a Lexmark X2580 printer which will be "free" after rebate (I had to pay sales tax). No camping out overnight, no arriving at the store and finding out that it was sold out, and no arguing with the staff. It was about as convenient as it gets.

Thank you very much to ActiveX and Vasp!

I just stopped by BB this morning and was going to go for the 32" dynex for $459 but I saw they had the 37" for $650, then saw they had a open box of the 37" so I ended up getting the 37" for $585 :) not to bad of a deal if I dont say so myself.

Went there this afternoon. The shelf tag said $26.99. The price sticker said $29.99. I grabbed one of the printed ads on the way in, and grabbed one of the game cards. Took them up to the register for a price check. Came back as $29.99. I then showed them the ad and the checkout girl got a manager who conferred with someone else. Box said "game card" and ad said "time card" but the other employee (guess he was a known gamer so they asked him this kind of stuff) said "oh they're the same thing." So, manager said $19.99 was the price then, "as advertised." I asked if there was a purchase limit. They said there wasn't, and asked how many I wanted. I said around 10. Manager himself went and got them for me. He also had to do a manual price override for each of the 10 items. This is the best service I've ever gotten from that BestBuy - have occasionally gotten bad service from them.
