Best burning software for Pioneer DVR-110D?

I have been using Nero 6 and RecordNow Max 4.5 as my primary burning software until my Pioneer DVR-107 died last week. I replaced it with a DVR-110D and now I'm ticked off that my old RecordNow Max won't recognize it. Any suggestions on the best software for burning .img files with the new burner?

I checked out the trial of Nero 7 but it took 15 minutes to burn a DVD-R (Prodisc 8x media) that used to take a fraction of that with the old burner.
