Best Burning Rom software

What is everyones favorite burning rom software? I used to Nero Ultra 7 demo, it didnt seem that bad.

I am willing to pay decent amount, within reason for software for my 2 machines.

Any input would be great.

Nero is bloated now.

What are you going to be doing with it, for there is not a best at everything.

DVD backups? Backup games with copy protection? Creating images of games to mount so you dont need the cd?

I am going to use it for backups, and ISO images, and so forth. Mainly to save my a@@. I just downloaded the Vista ISO image, now i need to find something since the demo expired.

Nero 6.6.1.4 is very good
Also the latest Roxio Easy CD / DVD Creator is not too bad
Magic ISO is said to be Very Good at only $29.95

Don't pay anything.

Use imgburn for images (ISO bin/cue etc) - http://www.imgburn.com/
Use burnatonce for everything else - http://www.burnatonce.net/downloads/

If you need more features, i really like roxio easy media creator. It has come a long way, and i now prefer it to nero.

Nero 6.6

I really liked Nero 7, but it had issues , so I dropped back to 6.6. I've used a few others and really don't like any of them in comparison to Nero.

I use Nero Burning ROM 6.0... no bloat here, works great and has all the features I need.
