Best budget video card for around $75 is _____??

I'm not in the mood to spend big bucks on a video card since I don't do too much gaming. I'd like best "bang for the buck" and keep price to about $75 or so.

It looks like Radeon 9200 SE, 9200 std, GeForce 4 MX440 are all in that general price.

Which one of these is best? What's the difference between Radeon SE and non SE's?

Is there another card I should consider.

I actually saw a 9100 for $41 but it was PCI. Would PCI be OK or should I stick with AGP?

(ie given all else being equal, will a AGP card be a lot faster than PCI?)

Thanks

Yep, I agree with the 8500/9100 or a used GF4 Ti4200 64MB in FS/FT (usually they can be found at $75-85).

The only 9100 to avoid is the Sapphire 64MB card as they make 64bit versions that are 30% slower than the normal cards.

Newegg has 128MB 9100?s for $72 (with no DVI connetor).

9100?s/8500LE?s are faster than the 9000/9200pro?s.

This Powercolor 9100 128MB is nice?

Thanks everyone.

I just snagged an ATI Radeon 8500LE 128 refurb at Newegg for $61 w/free freight.
