BEST BUDGET CARD FOR UNDER $60

I've seen some decent reviews of the SIS 315 based cards, they outperform the Geforce 2 mx in some tests. Look into the SiS 315, the GF2 MX, possibly the Radeon LE (slight changes bring it to radeon ddr performance).
