out of the loop, whats the best sub $75 am2 mainboard? (future proof)

One based on the 770 Chipset, have a browse here (I assume you are in the US). I'd recommend the MSI and the Biostar boards. The Abit AX78 is also a good board but slightly out of you're price range.
