Best budget 15" lcd ?

The Samsung 151s seems to be pretty good

Should I look at other lcds around that price range ( $350usd) ?

151S is old model,
look for the new 151Q - higher contrast ratio and brightness than 151S.

For not much more, 152T is the best buy - with dvi input.

littlegohan, I recently picked up both a Samsung 151S and a Hitachi CML153XW, and while the Samsung is a good unit, I'd have to give the nod to the Hitachi. I went w/ the Hitachi, for my mother in law, as it has built in speakers. I was pleasantly surprised w/ the solid build of the unit and the image quality. And, this was w/ an older Hercules Thriller 3D 8MB PCI video card (that Rendition v2200 chipset still has some of the best 2D I've seen).
