Best Broadband ISP?

I have been through Verizon and now InternetConnect (which is Chapter 11). We have Roadrunner through Cox Cable in Northern, VA but I have heard plus and minus. Has anyone found a reliable high speed ISP that has good tech support and will answer the phone?

It really depends on your location. Go to DSL Reports and find people who are in your area. That will give you a relatively good idea of each ISP's relibility. Smaller companies will probably have better tech support because they don't have as much customers to worry about. I use Verizon DSL and their reliable is quite dependable expect a few rare occasions. Don't know about their tech support 'cause I never had to call them.
