Best broadband Deal

I'm in Riverside, CA (92504) and in need of broadband internet (T1 up and down).
I have a budget of about $100-$200 depending on how good the deal is.
Know of any good deals?

Is it home or business, if its business and you need guaranteed speeds maybe you can get sdsl for that cost but even then I think it might be most costly than that for 1.5/1.5.
