Best Brand Performance GTX 1070 ti? With Best Overclock?

Looking to buy a GTX 1070 ti in the coming weeks. I am on a budget so I am buying used.

I was wondering what is the best brand GTX 1070 ti for Overclocking? I know some perform better than others.

They all overclock roughly the same. You can get a little more out of the top-end cards, but then you are paying GTX 1080 levels for the card.

But the ones with the better cooling hardware is what you want. Cards like MSI Gaming series, EVGA ACX 3.0 cards, Gigabyte Aorus, Asus Strix, etc.

They all offer entry level cards with basic cooling, but then offer cards with much beefier cooling. That's what you want to look for.

Also, keep an eye out in the FS/FT forum here. People have started selling some of their cards, and with prices being relatively decent at the low and mid range, there have been some really solid deals in there.

Do you happen to know which Warranties transfer for GPU's and which don't? I've read mixed answers online about Asusu GPU Warranty. Some say that it transfer but others said it didn't. Know anything about this? or for MSI or EVGA?

I know EVGA's transfer for sure. It's all just done on their website.

I'm not sure about MSI, Asus, or Gigabyte. I decided to check one of their sites, so I decided to check MSI's support page for warranty info, and it doesn't say anything about transferring warranties at all. I checked a few other forums, and some people say they are transferable, while some say they're not.

Thanks admin! I happen to have that link in my bookmarks already, had found it earlier today during my search.

So here is the thing. I spoke to both MSI and ASUS Reps today since I couldn't find a certain answer online or at least one I felt confident about. The wait time was surprisingly fast for both Companies, after doing the automated steps I was connected to an Rep in less than 3 minutes, which is a really good thing.

So according to both MSI and ASUS rep the warranties are indeed transferable. In fact ASUS Rep said if I have the serial number on the card he would be able to check the remaining time of warranty on the Card.
Maybe this helps another person in the future. Now for me its just finding the right card for the right price. Got a few options on eBay. Since the new RTX Cards are coming out soon, prices for the GTX 1000 Series is going down fast. Already finding GTX 1070 (None t.i.) For $265 on eBay.
