Best brand of 9800 pro?

Thinking about 1 of these to replace my ti4200 (around XMas or shortly after new year).
Any brand better then the other as far as OC, quality of compnents, etc?

Hercules makes it very nice, and also the saphire ultimate edition. There also was one with OTES-like cooling, which was silent and very effective.

Thanks. What is the difference between the 2 Saphire Oem Pro's that newegg sells. 1 @ $305, the other @ $348. The pics are very different, but any functionality difference?
may just look for whatever is on sale around the 250 mark when I go to get it in a couple of months.

I think the only difference is that one is produced for ATI to sell it and the other one is sold directly as sapphire.

The black PCB is the 9700PRO board, and is slower than the normal red PCB 9800pro, but not by alot.
