Best board for video editing and commercials

I am looking for a board that will allow me to have 4 CD burners running at once - so I will need SCSI right?
Looking for a system that will take a 2600 and up CPU.
What is the best out there for say $100-$200

By 2600 and up CPU are you saying AMD 2600+ or 2.6GHz?

I am not sure how great this board is, but the price is attractive for all you get. Dual Xeons, SCSI, PCI-X,etc for $133. Link.
