What Mother board can I switch to? Should I nuy a new K8N-E from asus again? or what? have others had so much bad luck with this board?

My Asus K8n-E has one by one developed critical problems 6 or more.

First it would alternate my keyboad crapping out, I switched to USB because socket was dying. Then my mose port, so I got the no wire mouse and keyboard, then my CPU socket connectivity began to blue screen me and I continually have to jiggle the CPU to get it to work. Then I get CPU over clocking report on the speaker, when My cpu has never been over clocked. Now I get my sound on the mother board sounding like under water...

What Mother board can I switch to? Should I buy a new K8N-E from asus again? or what? have others had so much bad luck with this board?

Is yours out of warranty? I would just say it turned out to be a bad board and replace if it other than problems it was working out for you. I have had an Asus board for a Skt A AMD and Skt 754 before. Didn't have any problems with them whatsoever. However, I have seen the error about the CPU being overclocked, when it hasn't been touched at all. The one for the 754 would come up with an error when booting, but otherwise no problems. Only happens once or twice a month. Not a big deal really.

If you find a good deal on another board, switch it out for a newer one. If you like the board already, purchase a new one.

I am looking for suggestions for either a new board that can use my memorey and my video card, and maybe even CPU, or if others had difficulty with my board so I do not get the same one, but if not maybe I should get one other K8N-E from Asus. How long is the warantee on mother boards I am sure I have had it over 18 months, mabe even 2 years. But the problems with te keyboard and mous began 6 months after I bough it. I hated to redo it so I just solved my problems.

My CPU over clocking messages occur sometimes 3 times in a row even if I Jiggle the CPU. Often I get a blue screen in mid writing a long E-mail and I scream with anger that it took near an hour to compose it and I did not think of saving it. And last night the sound began to act up and sound like it is under water. I jiggled all the wires and rebooted it sounded fine for 15 minutes than began to drown :)

Well I hope somene has some suggestions

That assortiment of flakiness smells more like you need a new power supply, not a new board. At least that's the first thing I'd try if I had to troubleshoot it.
