best board ATI 9600pro or not

i thinking of getting the following boards

SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9600 Video Card, 256MB DDR, 128-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP -BULK

Which one would u get? A card for < $110. I heard the pro would be better, especially 256mb won't make that much diff. Please let me know.

Go for the 9600 pro . From reading around these forums I don't think 256 mb of memory are utilitzed till you hit the 9800 pro and up. hope this helps
